ABOUT
AGAPE VOCAL ENSEMBLE, ages 13 through adult, offers advanced training in vocal production, ear-training and ensemble singing through music for two, three and four voices. In addition, elements of music history will be taught via the repertoire selected for the semester.
Our classes are different in that we offer instruction and performance with dress and music that brings glory and honor to our Lord Jesus Christ. Your students will learn music that glorifies God, as we develop music for our end of semester performance. There may be additional opportunities for performances.
Our coach for this class is Dr. Tamara Craver
CLASSES/AGE GROUPS
- Agape Vocal Ensemble is for ages 13 through adult
A tryout is required. Students will:
- Sing Amazing Grace (if they don’t know it, another familiar song)
- Be evaluated for pitch memory (repeat a few notes played on the piano)
- Be evaluated for vocal range
