Code of Conduct

The following Code of Conduct is applicable at all PSP Sports And More functions including, but not limited, to practices, games, ceremonies, meetings, etc.  This policy also applies to all guests at any PSP Sports And More function.

We are a Christ centered home education support organization and our conduct should reflect God and His Word in all we do when we are together.  The Bible says that if you want to be great in God’s kingdom, learn to be the servant of all (Mk. 9:35).  It also says that we are to hide His Word in our hearts so that we might not sin against Him (Ps. 119:11).

1. Lead a Christian lifestyle according to the Bible.
2. Treat each other as brother/sister, father/mother.
   1 Timothy 5:1-2  “Do not rebuke an older man, but exhort him as a father, younger men as brothers, older women as mothers, younger as sisters, with all purity.” (NKJV)
3. No boyfriend/girlfriend relationships exhibited by verbal expression or physical contact.
4. Respect for others and their property.
5. Obedience to those in authority with respectful attitudes.  Demonstrate respect by lending your full attention, not using electronic devices such as iPods, cell phones and texting devices (with or without earbuds) at events.
6. Do your best to attend church on a weekly basis.
   Hebrews 10:25  “…not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as is the manner of some, but exhorting one another, and so much the more as you see the Day approaching.” (NKJV)
7. Only music that will bring glory to God will be allowed at functions.  Please get approval by the leaders in advance of the event.
8. No smoking or drinking of alcoholic beverages on the premises of any PSP Sports function.

The intent of this Code of Conduct is to ensure, first and foremost, that Christ is glorified in all things that we do.  We want our actions to reflect Him. Please make sure that your child(ren)/teenager(s) understand and agree to abide by this Code of Conduct.
